1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing lucky102.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Lucky 102 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use Lucky 102 and should close your account if one already exists.

These terms apply to all players on Lucky 102 regardless of how you access the platform — whether via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device. Lucky 102 does not currently offer a standalone mobile application; the platform is accessed exclusively via the web browser at lucky102.bet.

Continued use of Lucky 102 after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Lucky 102. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Lucky 102 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed. Any winnings generated on an account found to belong to a minor will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Lucky 102 is accessible to players in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing and using the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of Lucky 102 complies with applicable local laws.

2.3 Registration Requirements

When registering on Lucky 102, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each natural person may hold only one registered Lucky 102 account. Creating duplicate accounts — including under different names, phone numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Lucky 102 uses advanced duplicate detection methods. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be voided. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts are non-payable.

2.5 Identity Verification (KYC)

Lucky 102 is required to verify the identity of its players as part of standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Full KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. Verification requires you to submit a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a selfie confirming your identity. Accounts that do not complete KYC within the timeframe specified by Lucky 102 may have withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. KYC documents are handled securely and in accordance with the Lucky 102 Privacy Policy.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Lucky 102 account password and login credentials. Lucky 102 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings page. Do not share your login details with any third party. Lucky 102 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to maintain reasonable password security.

3.2 Account Closure by Player

You may close your Lucky 102 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified payment method provided there are no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

3.3 Account Suspension by Lucky 102

Lucky 102 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, breach of these Terms, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the integrity of the platform. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, Lucky 102 will communicate the reason to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a period of 12 consecutive months. Lucky 102 may deduct a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 from inactive account balances after this period. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log into your Lucky 102 account at least once every 12 months.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky 102 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):

Deposits to Lucky 102 must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Lucky 102 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Lucky 102 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals from Lucky 102 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever technically possible. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification before processing. Lucky 102 processes withdrawal requests during all hours of the day and night. Standard withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed within the timeframes stated in the table above. Lucky 102 does not charge withdrawal fees; your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

4.4 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

Where bonus funds are present in your Lucky 102 balance, withdrawals may only be requested after the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each bonus offer. Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Withdrawal requests will first exhaust real money funds; bonus funds with outstanding requirements remain in the account until wagering conditions are satisfied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

Where there is any conflict between specific bonus terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific bonus terms take precedence in relation to that bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game contributions are stated on each bonus. By way of example: a 10x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 using the bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage as stated on the specific bonus terms page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Lucky 102 actively monitors for patterns of play that constitute bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using specific low-risk betting strategies to circumvent wagering requirements, or withdrawing from a bonus account without genuinely engaging with the platform's games. Where bonus abuse is identified, Lucky 102 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account.

5.4 Promotional Changes

Lucky 102 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion before any change will be entitled to complete the promotion under the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, provided those terms are not being exploited in a way that constitutes abuse.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on Lucky 102 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the correct market, outcome, and stake before confirming any bet. Lucky 102 will not accept requests to cancel bets after they have been placed and confirmed, except in specific circumstances set out in Section 6.4 below.

6.2 PSL and Cricket Betting

Betting on PSL and other cricket markets on Lucky 102 is subject to the individual market rules published for each event type. In general, for cricket: if a match is abandoned or no result is declared before the minimum number of overs required for a result has been bowled, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. For in-play bets placed after the minimum overs threshold, settlement rules are applied as specified in the individual market terms. Lucky 102's PSL betting terms follow standard international cricket betting conventions.

6.3 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on Lucky 102 are updated in real time by our pricing team and automated systems. Once a bet is placed and confirmed at a specific odds value, that bet will be settled at those odds regardless of subsequent market movements. Lucky 102 is not obligated to maintain specific odds at any time.

6.4 Bet Voiding

Lucky 102 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances: if a market was opened or priced in error; if incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault; if the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned, or not completed under the conditions required for settlement; or if there is evidence that a bet was placed using prohibited software or exploiting a pricing error. In all cases of voiding, the original stake is returned to the player's balance.

6.5 Maximum Winnings

Lucky 102 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of Rs 10,000,000 (ten million rupees) across all betting markets. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout per ticket is Rs 5,000,000. These caps apply regardless of the stake placed and the odds at which bets were placed. Any winnings exceeding these caps will be paid at the cap amount.

7 Casino Games

7.1 Random Number Generation

All virtual casino games on Lucky 102 — including slots, video poker, and virtual table games — operate using independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The RNG systems ensure that all game outcomes are completely random and not influenced by Lucky 102, the game provider, or any external party. RNG systems are regularly audited by third-party testing laboratories.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on Lucky 102 are operated by licensed third-party studio providers. Dealing and game mechanics are controlled entirely by the studio — Lucky 102 does not have the ability to influence live dealer game outcomes. 7.4 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, Lucky 102 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's balance. A malfunction is defined as any technical error, software fault, or communication failure that prevents the game from completing normally. Lucky 102 is not liable for wins or losses that occur during a period of malfunction.

8 Responsible Gaming

Lucky 102 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. The platform offers the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to manage your spending. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Loss Limits: Set a ceiling on how much you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once reached, no further play is possible until the limit period resets.

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to interact with Lucky 102 games or betting markets.
• Exploiting technical errors, pricing errors, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game on the platform.

• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using Lucky 102 bonus funds.

• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the Lucky 102 platform.
• Any losses arising from reliance on information published on Lucky 102, including live cricket scores, odds, or match analysis, which are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory applicable law.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Lucky 102 platform — including but not limited to the website design, software, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, audio, and video materials — is the intellectual property of Lucky 102 or its content licensors. No part of the Lucky 102 platform may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any form without prior written permission from Lucky 102.

Game content displayed on Lucky 102 is provided under license from the respective game developers and studios. Any unauthorised use of game content is subject to the intellectual property rights of the respective content owners.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Lucky 102 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified by email using the address registered to their account, and a notice will be displayed on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be stated at the top of the updated Terms and Conditions document.

If you do not agree with an amendment to these Terms and Conditions, you should cease using Lucky 102 and close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to Lucky 102's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall first be referred to the Lucky 102 support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to seek resolution through the applicable dispute resolution mechanisms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English (en-PK) and the English language version shall prevail in any interpretation or dispute, regardless of any translation that may be made available.
